Picture of Necklace (well almost)

Since you wanted to see what the necklace looked like, here is a picture. It isn’t the actually necklace, it is one that I found that looked like it mostly, except for somethings. 🙂  Like, it isn’t silver and such. 🙂  ‘ope you like it.

Farewell,

Saerwen

A Day in Hobbitton #42

I think we are being followed…just playing with you, we are fine, not being followed at all, and yes I am trying to convince myself, my blasted mind is playing tricks on me I think.  I keep thinking I hear footsteps behind us, and so does Merry… AND Pippin so I guess it isn’t my imagination.  Pippin is going to see what it is…oh for bloody Petes sake!!  It is old Bill, good old pony, he followed us all the way from Hobbitton, it will be nice having Mr. Bill with us.  Merry is giving Mr. Bill a 101 class of how to follow people so you don’t scare them.   Pip and I and just sitting here looking relieved.   A couple more days on our own and we should be with our friends soon. 🙂

Farewell,

Saerwen

A Day in Hobbitton #41

What do you think of my new background?  I am enjoying a lot, reminds me of the rolling hills of Hobbitton, I had extra time on my hands tonight because I couldn’t sleep.  Wait…what was that noise?  It sounded like a screeching of some kind, just a second, I am going to go check…….

…..I am back, just Pip snoring, he has a bit of congestion in there.  Anyway as I was saying, I couldn’t sleep atoll, so I decided that I would post again, nothing else to do, other than trying to block out all the wood noises. 🙂 I am getting sleepy now so…

Goodnight and Farewell,

Saerwen

A Day in Hobbitton #40

Left right left right right left right um…right left….never mind, I am not good with marching rhymes or whatever those things are called.  We left ‘ome about an hour ago, we are all very excited!  Pip and Merry brought South Farthing and their pipes of course, I brought an two extra shirts, and…*shudder* pair of pants, food, my head top of course or I wouldn’t be posting right now, I would be walking back ‘ome to get it.   Oh and I will need to replace my head to soon, I spilled some milk on it, so it is sticky, rather slow, and gunked up to put it right down on the table top…or to put it right down before you.  The sun feels delicious, my hair is starting to get really curly with the humidity and warmth, Pips is already as curly as it could get, and so is Merry’s.  The ground is soft thankfully, it is covered in rich green moths…I mean MOSS, pardon.   Oh and you will never guess, just never guess, not in a billion years will you guess what happened,  Pip and Merry split their money and got me a beautiful elvish necklace!  It is sliver and has a red ruby in it.  And the charm is that of a Griffin, it is so sweet of them.  It was for my second adventure anniversary.   My Mum and Dad and not to mention all my family, gave me a farewell party, that lasted until midnight, so we didn’t get much sleep.  I also got a new book about all the kinds of animals and plants and weather, very handy to have, and a leather-bound journal and pen.  🙂  I better leave you all now, we have to stop and make lunch,

Farewell,

Saerwen the hungry

A Day in Hobbitton #39

Packing, don’t you just love that word!  *sigh*  I am so happy I could just burst!  My Mum sent a Griffin (that befriended her when it brought me home)  to take a message to Legolas to send back the recipe for Lumbas Bread, she got it and is now in the process of making a lot.  Pip said he would rather eat mushrooms (and I agree) but Lumbas Bread is good too.  Saraleen, sent a message back with the recipe saying she can’t wait to see us, and Gimli sent a bottle of malt beer for my Father to try, my Dad took a small sip and said he liked it but only for special occasions. 🙂  I leave early the day after tomorrow, Pip and Merry are sleeping on our couch tonight so we call all hop out and meet Legolas, Saraleen, and Gimli halfway, we will be traveling by ourselves for two days, so my Father said that when I am done, he is going to give me another sword lesson. 🙂

Farewell, Got to finish my packing,

Saerwen

Oh and…yes, I have to were those awful pants again…

A Day in Hobbitton #38

I am taking running lessons and sword lessons!  My Father says when he is done with me, I will be the fastest Hobbit in Hobbitton, right now I can run around Hobbitton once before I faint so I guess it is a starter, I have a perfect hobbit sized sword (my Mum was not pleased with the lessons but since I said I may go on more adventures, she agreed to the lessons) I can now do a little fancy foot work but that is about it. GUESS WHAT, I AM GOING ON ANOTHER ADVENTURE!! With Pip and Merry, Legolas and his wife Saraleen, and of course Gimli, we are going to Mordor, and explore the ruins, and make sure that all the Orks and stuff are gone.  My Mum also gave me some flower seeds to plant there. 🙂  Isn’t that sweet of her, and Sam gave me some soil from his garden. 🙂  He said there is barely any there. 🙂

Farewell,

Saerwen

A Day in Hobbitton #37

I um…had a VERY bad day, you see it all started when Pip and Merry and I decided, we were quite due for…a…visit to Farmer Magots crop. Everything was going fine, we had mushrooms, tomatoes, potatoes, and carrots.  Quite a haul for my second time, anyway, we were halfway through, when the dog started chasing us, we ran (of course) that is THEY ran, I fell and tripped like Frodo always did, and the dog caught my skirt ripped the hem, then Farmer Magot caught me by the back of my dress and hauled me up so his nose was touching mine (his breath smelled like Tobacco by the way) and he was none to pleased with me, so he took me to his house put me in a sack and carried me all the way through Hobbitton (how degrading) until he reached my house then he dropped my like a sack of nothing onto the cobble stone walk way, and walked off, so until my Mum found me hopping around in the tied sack, I pretty much stayed in the same spot.  She was not to happy with me, and my Dad said he was going to give me running lessons. 🙂

Farewell,

Saerwen

A Day in Hobbitton #36

I am so tired…I can barely seen the little buttons anymore on my little button pad on my head top.  My feet are sore (and that is hard to do with Hobbit feet) and my head feels like pounds of mushrooms.  My fingers feel like they are going to fall off, and my stomach hurts to high heaven.  You may be wondering (if you not, How Rude, just playing with you there) why I feel this way.  Well it all started tonight at the Tavern, all the hobbits were having fun laughing, and I was laughing with them (because when a Hobbit is tipsy, it is hilarious), and I dried about a  BILLION TRILLION MILLION mugs (so far this explains the stomach ache and the hurting fingers), my feet are sore because, every hobbit decided that they would dance with me and see how long I could go, and the sore head is because a hobbit was twirling me so fast, and accidentally let go, I went flying and my head hit the wall, I actually just woke up ten minutes ago.   So all together, I have had one, LLLLLLOOOONNNGGGGG (sorry for shouting) day.  I better go now before I fall as….*snore* *head falls forward onto key pad* asdfl;jksssssssfffffklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklklk

*wakes up* Oh sorry…before I fall asleep…

Farewell,

A Day In Hobbitton #35

NOW I can tell you about the castle Pip and I found. We were riding old Bill (who showed up in Hobbitton around two years ago)  and we were, I guess, around fifteen miles from ‘ome.  We stumbled on an old sign pointing north, south and west (why did they leave out east?) and we took bets (and I *sniff* won hands down) so I picked south.  We rode about three miles more, then we came  upon the Castle!  It is so lovely, and magical, and deserted, and it is all ours! 🙂  Pip and I came back the next day with food, and explored the place.  We found, old OLD gowns, and shoes, and axes, and not to mention coins dating back to who knows when, they were all to faded.  As you saw in the post below, it was covered in ivy. Anyway that is all I have to say ’bout it.  Back to my Hobbitton, working in the tavern is jolly that is for sure!  All the men hobbits laughing their heads off, playing cards, and dice (I happen to be very good at that one) because yesterday, they needed another  hobbit, so they picked me.  I beat them all, they probably let me win, but Still! 🙂

Farewell,

Saerwen

It is about time I did a Pippin’s Pictures!!

This one, I will have to tell you about later, but we found a deserted castle near us, to the north, tell you about it soon! 🙂This picture I am POSITIVE he stole but still, I had to put it up, it is rather interesting. 🙂

This is out beloved Hobbitton, Pip is going crazy with his camera.

This is the same castle only on a rainy day. 🙂

Farewell,
Saerwen
